150,000+ CONNECTIONS ONLINE · ODA-CERTIFIED · ISO 27001 & ISO 9001 · HARDWARE-INDEPENDENT

From energy data to insights and action

Energy data often comes from multiple meters, supplier portals, spreadsheets and software systems. EnergyGrip brings these data sources together in one central environment, making information available faster and easier to use.

This creates one reliable foundation for monitoring, analytics, reporting, billing, maintenance and optimisation. Anomalies become visible sooner, enabling you to make informed decisions more quickly.

With EnergyGrip, you work from a single energy management platform that transforms complex energy data into clear and immediately actionable information.

HOW ENERGYGRIP WORKS

One platform for the complete energy data chain

EnergyGrip supports the entire process: from connecting meters and installations to using the data for insights, business processes and control.

1. Collect energy data

Connect electricity, gas, water and heat meters, solar panels, EV charging points and other energy sources to EnergyGrip.

This can be done through existing digital connections, APIs, ODA data or the Nextalink gateway. Is suitable digital metering equipment already in place? Wherever possible, we connect directly to the existing infrastructure.

2. Process and monitor data

EnergyGrip brings data from multiple sources together and structures it within one central environment.

The platform monitors data flows and prepares the information for dashboards, analytics, reporting, billing and other applications.

3. Create insights and streamline processes

View current and historical data, compare locations and periods, and receive alerts about abnormal consumption or faults.

Use the data for purposes including CO₂ reporting, benchmarking, billing, maintenance and sustainability targets.

4. Share data and control installations

Connect EnergyGrip to existing software, such as building management systems, billing systems and reporting tools.

Where supported by the technical installation and available integration, EnergyGrip can also be used to control assets more intelligently. Through EnergyFlip, you can give end users access to their own energy data.

ENERGYGRIP WORKS WITH YOUR EXISTING HARDWARE:
ALREADY HAVE DIGITAL METERS IN PLACE? WE CAN CONNECT THEM TO THE PLATFORM

Make energy data immediately actionable

EnergyGrip does more than collect data. The platform helps you put that data to work, enabling better decisions, more efficient processes and more sustainable energy management.

Real-time insights

Monitor consumption and generation across buildings, installations, locations and connections from one central environment. Compare periods, combine meter data and identify unusual differences.

Alerts and analytics

Receive alerts about abnormal consumption, faults or changes in data flows. This allows you to investigate what is happening sooner and determine the appropriate action more quickly.

Reporting and billing

Make reliable energy data available for reporting, sustainability targets and billing processes. Reduce manual processing and work from one consistent data source.

Integrations and control

Connect EnergyGrip to existing software via APIs. Where technically possible, compatible installations can be controlled based on factors such as peak loads, energy tariffs or on-site generation.

End-user insights

Give residents, tenants, customers or employees access to their own energy data through EnergyFlip. This makes energy consumption transparent not only to managers and technicians, but also to the people who can influence it.

EnergyGrip is the solution

EnergyGrip forms the central solution. Nextalink and EnergyFlip are components that are used when the situation requires them.

EnergyGrip

EnergyGrip is the central energy management platform where energy data, locations, connections, users and processes come together.

Within EnergyGrip, you can use features including:

  • Dashboards and analytics
  • Alerts and notifications
  • Reporting and data exports
  • User and access management
  • API integrations
  • Support for billing processes
  • Control of compatible installations

Nextalink

Nextalink is EnergyGrip’s data collection component. The gateway is used when data needs to be collected locally from meters and installations and no suitable digital connection is available.

Nextalink collects the metering data and sends it securely to EnergyGrip. Do you already have digital metering equipment or an existing API integration? In that case, a Nextalink gateway may not be required.

EnergyFlip

EnergyFlip is EnergyGrip’s end-user component. Through the app, residents, tenants, employees or customers can gain insight into their own energy consumption.

EnergyFlip can also be provided as a white-label solution, allowing the application to align with your organisation’s brand identity.

Not every situation requires the same components. EnergyGrip is configured based on the existing meters, systems, users and objectives.

WHY ENERGYGRIP?

An independent foundation for professional energy management

Hardware-independent

EnergyGrip is not tied to a single meter brand, supplier or closed ecosystem. Combine different meters, installations and external data sources within one environment.

Reliable energy data

Effective analytics, reporting and billing begin with reliable data. EnergyGrip brings the complete data chain together and helps you monitor data flows centrally.

Flexible integration

Use EnergyGrip as your central platform or connect it to existing software. Through APIs, energy data can be shared with building management systems, billing systems, ERP software and reporting tools.

Scalable

Start with one building, project or customer and expand with new locations, meters, connections and users. EnergyGrip is already used for more than 150,000 connections.

Securely managed

Aurum is ISO 27001- and ISO 9001-certified. EnergyGrip supports features including role and permissions management and multi-factor authentication.

Landal Zeebad

ENERGYGRIP IN PRACTICE

Landal: from manual meter readings to digital energy data

At Landal’s Zeebad holiday park, meter readings were collected manually. This process was error-prone and labour-intensive and cost €10,400 per year.

With EnergyGrip, the electricity and gas meters were brought online. This provided insights for each holiday home and made reliable data available for billing, internal management and communication with owners and tenants.

Nextalink and EnergyFlip are integrated components of EnergyGrip, supporting data collection and end-user communication respectively.

No. The dashboard is only one component of EnergyGrip.
The platform also supports data collection, data flow monitoring, alerts, reporting, API integrations, billing processes, device management, control and data sharing with end users.

No. If you already have digital metering equipment, an existing data connection or a suitable API, EnergyGrip can connect directly wherever possible.
Nextalink is used when local data collection is required or when you want to create an independent data chain directly from the meter.

EnergyGrip can bring together data from a wide range of energy sources, including:
• Electricity
• Gas
• Water
• Heat
• Solar panels
• EV charging points
• Batteries
• Submeters and other installations
The available integration options depend on the meter, installation and interface already in place.

This depends on the data source and the selected connection method.
With a direct connection to a meter or installation, data can be made available in near real time. Data retrieved through an external provider or an ODA connection may have a different update frequency.
During the initial assessment, we determine which connection best matches your required data frequency and intended application.

Yes. EnergyGrip can be connected to existing systems and infrastructure through REST APIs.
This allows data to be shared with billing systems, building management systems, reporting tools, ERP software and custom applications.
